IOI IMAGE OF INDIA MISS & MRS. INDIA 2025

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between participants, users, visitors (collectively referred to as "You") and IOI IMAGE OF INDIA ("IOI," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By participating in any IOI events, using our website, or engaging with our services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use or participation.

General Use:

• Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.
• You agree to utilize our website lawfully, without infringing upon the rights or restricting the use of the website by third parties.

Registration:

• Participation in IOI events or activities may require registrations.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information at registration. Any inaccuracies may lead to immediate termination of membership or participation.
• All collected personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Audition-Based Selection/Selection Criteria/Impartiality:

• Finalists will be selected by the Audition Jury based solely on individual talent.
• The winner and runner-up positions will be exclusively determined by the Finale Jury.
• Selection is purely talent-based, without regard to personal preferences, bias, or external influences.
• Decisions made by the Finale Jury are final, impartial, and free from personal biases or external influence. Contestants agree to respect and accept the jury’s decisions as conclusive.
• Decisions made by juries are final and binding.

Event Scheduling Rights:

• Image of India (IOI) reserves all rights to prepone, postpone, or alter the dates of auditions and the finale event without prior notice.
• Event participation may require adherence to additional conditions communicated during registration.

Liability Waiver:

• IOI shall not be legally responsible or liable for any cancellation, postponement, or scheduling adjustments of the event due to unforeseen circumstances or organizational needs.

Financial Terms:

• All fees paid by contestants for the finale will be utilized exclusively for grooming, modeling, acting workshops, personality development sessions, accommodation, meals, wardrobe, makeup, portfolio shoots, stage presence training, and media exposure.
• Fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as expenditures are directly allocated to contestant-related services and event arrangements.

Payment and Refund Policy:

• Payments for registrations and events are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All fees paid by contestants for the finale will be utilized for grooming, modeling, acting workshops, personality development sessions, accommodation, meals, wardrobe, makeup, portfolio shoots, stage presence training, and media exposure.
• Fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as expenditures are directly allocated to contestant-related services and event arrangements.
• IOI retains sole discretion over resolving payment disputes.

Media and Content Release:

• Participants consent to being photographed, videotaped, and recorded.
• IOI reserves the right to use such images, videos, and audio recordings for promotional and commercial purposes without further consent or compensation.
• Participants consent to IOI’s perpetual and worldwide right to capture, record, and utilize their images, performances, voices, photographs, and other content for promotional, marketing, commercial, or non-commercial purposes across all media platforms without additional compensation.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants agree to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event. Any form of misconduct, including harassment, bullying, or unethical behavior, may result in immediate disqualification at the discretion of IOI management.
• Uploading or distributing harmful, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content is prohibited. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access and participation.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• All content produced during the event, including photos, videos, recordings, and promotional materials, remains the sole intellectual property of IOI. Participants have no claim to ownership or royalties for any material produced or used by IOI.
• All content available on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, and designs, are the exclusive property of IOI and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of IOI content is prohibited.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Participants must meet specified age limits, marital status, gender identity criteria, and residency or citizenship requirements outlined separately by IOI.
• Participants certify that they are medically fit and free from health conditions that might hinder participation.
• Participants must declare pregnancy status and acknowledge the potential implications during the competition.

Behavioral Expectations:

• Participants must abstain from illegal substances and adhere strictly to policies on alcohol consumption.
• Participants are expected to maintain appropriate behavior in public spaces and social media platforms.

Commitment and Participation:

• Participants are required to attend all rehearsals, official events, and public appearances unless excused by IOI.
• Participants may not engage in other pageants or events that conflict with IOI schedules without prior approval.

Financial Obligations:

• Participants may be responsible for additional expenses not explicitly covered by IOI, such as travel, specific wardrobe needs, or other personal requirements.
• Participants agree to pay IOI a commission of 25% on professional engagements obtained through IOI references.

Disqualification Conditions:

• Participants providing false information, violating terms, or failing to comply with IOI's guidelines may face immediate disqualification.

Privacy and Media Usage Clause:

• Personal contact information and sensitive personal details collected will remain confidential and used only for event management purposes and will not be shared externally without explicit consent.

Complaints and Grievance Procedure:

• Participants may formally submit grievances or complaints to IOI management in writing. IOI commits to addressing all grievances promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

Indemnification:

• You agree to indemnify IOI, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or use of our services.

Insurance:

• Participants are responsible for arranging personal health, accident, and travel insurance coverage for the duration of their participation. IOI does not provide personal insurance coverage to participants.

Third-Party Links:

• IOI is not responsible or liable for content, practices, or privacy policies of external third-party websites linked on our website.

Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida.

Changes to Terms:

• IOI reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

• By engaging with IOI IMAGE OF INDIA’s website or participating in any IOI event, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these comprehensive Terms and Conditions.
